The Beehive
Nestled in the historic Goodyear Tract, The Beehive is a dynamic, Black-owned venue that fosters innovation, creativity, and community growth. Since opening in 2019, The Beehive has quickly become known as “LA’s cultural hub,” bringing together creators, innovators, and leaders from various industries. Its energy-filled atmosphere attracts a wide range of guests, from community members to political figures, organizational leaders, and even celebrities. The Beehive is dedicated to providing a vibrant space for small businesses, organizations, and individuals to grow and celebrate diversity, talent, and culture.
At the heart of The Beehive is our 20,000-square-foot Main Courtyard, which features the iconic Honeycomb sculpture, a stunning hexagon fountain, and sustainable landscaping, including artificial turf that ensures our grass stays green year-round. Whether you’re hosting a community event, concert, marketplace, or company party, your guests will be impressed by our 12,000-square-foot breezy oasis in the heart of South LA. Additional amenities include load-in access, convenient bench seating, and the option to rent our West Courtyard separately or in tandem with the Main Courtyard, connected by a breezeway.
The Beehive is also home to the SoLa Technology and Entrepreneurship Center, a 13,000-square-foot red-brick warehouse with stunning architecture and state-of-the-art technology. The open floor plan of the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center makes it perfect for workshops, community events, parties, and photoshoots.
The Radian, with 6,305 square feet, offers a seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor elements and can cater to any ambiance. It features a fully equipped kitchen area at the rear, ideal for your culinary needs.
For larger events, The Depot Warehouse provides 15,000 square feet of industrial space with natural light pouring through the stunning windows, making it an ideal venue for gala dinners, corporate events, workshops, concerts, indoor markets, and more.
Lastly, the Mezzanine offers 2,000 square feet of elegant space overlooking the Depot, with natural lighting and comfortable lounge seating. This versatile area can function as a VIP retreat, intimate lounge, or additional event space with a built-in bar.
