On top of the email I’ll be writing for several aspects of should I say assets to management for this hotel, I want to share my recent experience at the Chase Park Plaza. I travel extensively for work, nationally and internationally and I will say this hotel and its staff are no hesitation top 5 in my experiences. You can find other 4 star or 5 star hotels in St. Louis but let me tell you what makes the Chase Park Plaza special, the people. this staff is truly incredible. My first visit was great however this last week at the Chase Park Plaza leaves me just a little sad that I am on to the next. I want to thank the front desk staff, the team there made sure I was taken care of with an executive suite on their top floor which alone is incredible and I implore everyone to experience that kind of stay especially at the Chase Park. The hotel is stunning, historic, and comfortable. With on site parking in a covered garage, 3 AMAZING restaurants. And again I can not stress enough how much I adore the staff of this hotel. From the 2 young ladies who checked me in to Rhonda in restaurants, Madeline at the Preston located in the hotels lobby…. This hotel and staff have left an everlasting impression for me making St. Louis feel like a home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay! Especially the fabulous pool area. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The concierge, Pamela, was very caring and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel as a destination especially if you love Old World Glamour.

Walkable to shops. Dining and Starbucks! Main lobby 2 upscale restaurants. Live music the night we were there. Pool patio was beautiful. Beds comfortable. Only negative was the road noise at night. So bring a sound machine (or phone with white noise) and your covered!
