I no longer live here but did from September 2025 to September 2026. Truly the only reasons that I moved was due to the on-going construction project that would soon affect my unit, and the tragic loss of Gators Dockside to the complex. Everything else regarding Lofts at Sodo was pretty good if not excellent. Allie was my leasing agent when I toured and was one of the sole reasons that I chose to move here in the first place. Besides the copious amount of amenities and shops offered, the team here is absolutely amazing! To Michelle, Dyana, Brittany, Allie, and the Maintenance Team, thank you guys for always being so helpful, kind, honest, and available! The units are super spacious here and are a good value for the lifestyle they provide. My only complaint about my unit was that the dryer took 3-4 cycles to completely dry my clothes, no matter what the load size was.
Overall it was a great experience living here and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice city style apartment that's not too close to the city but has the means and access to get you there.

I recently moved into the Lofts at SoDo and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! Brittany, the assistant manager, has been amazing—she’s super friendly, professional, and made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.
The entire office team is great—Allie and Dyana are always helpful, welcoming, and quick to assist with anything I need. The maintenance team also works really hard and always gets things taken care of promptly, which I really appreciate.
They also do fun things for residents! We recently had a resident event with a DJ and an ice cream truck by the pool—it was such a fun way to meet neighbors and feel part of the community. So glad I chose to live here!

Honestly, moving into Lofts at Sodo was the best move I’ve made since coming to Orlando. The staff here actually care. Michelle was my first contact—she walked me through every lease detail and never made me feel rushed. Brittany helped me figure out which layout worked for my lifestyle (she was spot on), and Dyana made the actual move-in way less stressful than I expected. Alexandra is always checking in and letting me know what’s going on around the community. Jessica at concierge? She’s a lifesaver—always smiling, helps with packages, and just makes the lobby feel welcoming. Wanderson in maintenance is quick, friendly, and keeps everything in top shape. If you want a modern luxury apartment near downtown Orlando, this place is it.
