I love this hotel. Beautiful views from my room. Super comfortable bed / bedding- although I do wish the pillows were firmer. Had a delicious dinner and cocktails at the bar downstairs. Super convenient location. All the little things from the robe in the room to the refillable water bottle with spring and sparkling filling stations downstairs make for a lovely stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Westin Charlotte Hotel for a recent conference, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown Charlotte, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. It was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the conference venue, and I loved being able to explore nearby restaurants and attractions during downtime. The hotel itself is modern and welcoming, with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a staff that went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. The conference facilities were top-notch, making it easy to focus on work while enjoying the upscale vibe. I’d definitely choose the Westin Charlotte again for future trips!

Was there as a gift from my wife to watch the Cowboys play the Panthers.
Enjoyed our stay but left my favorite shirt in the room. Called to have them send it to me and was assured they would call me, have not heard back from Westin lost and found. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well
