This is a wonderful hotel! When I walked into my room, it reminded me of my mother’s home. (My Mom Is a clean freak and her House always smells wonderful).
I had an amazing view of the Riverwalk and strongly recommend asking for a room with a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk
This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. Having stayed at other hotels along the Riverwalk, the Westin is top-notch. The staff are all very polite and professional. My check-in was quick and easy, my room was wonderfully cleaned every day, and the restaurant had very good food as well.
They only complain I could possibly have: I drink a lot of coffee and wish their in-house Starbucks location had longer hours!

Amazing hotel, extremely well situated. Loved the pool and the pool bar, restaurant/bar river side. All the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and to help us discover the best spots in San Antonio.
Small issue with our TV not working, they upgraded us to a huge suite. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely gorgeous room and views! Service was amazing. The lobby staff gave us a late checkout for free and complimentary water when we came back from our bar crawl! All around great experience! The only thing I was bummed about was the parking. They only had valet which was $80. However there is a parking garage right across the street for $40 overnight which was nice.
