I would like to thank Josh Bell for a great job on taking care of the maintenance requests that I’ve needed handled for almost 5 months now. He was informed of the situation and immediately took action. Within 2 days the requests were completed. Great job sir, your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated!!!

Jeislor helped us tour the floor plans and was super nice and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to answer our oddball questions. She needs a raise

Although i was not impressed with the surrounding area, the complex itself was clean and well kept, we loved the creek running through the courtyards and the units were affordable. Under rated apartment for sure.

I have lived at these apartments for about 2 and a half years.
Here is my full and honest review. Its lengthy but worth the read.

The first two years was on the Vantage side and I just moved to the Pebble view side in July.

I was living with a roommate on the Vantage Point side. At the end of our term here, I expressed interest on wanting to stay on the property and my roomie did not. Ana made a verbal agreement (should've gotten this in writing/email) that it was okay to have an extended move out period due to me moving into the same property causing my move out/move in date to overlap.

I moved all my stuff out and cleaned up. I spoke with Ana that I was completely moved out and turned in my keys but my roomie was still moving out.

My roommate had a leftover couch, I had no idea how that was handled between management and my old roommate but I was somehow stuck with the bill on that.

I was never informed about my debt and was sent straight to a debt collector. I spoke with Ana again on the phone about this and how it was unfair to stick this on me and that my security deposit ( as per the lease) should cover some of the "damages" and I was in the clear and was very timely on getting out. She said she would look into this and give me a call back. I never heard from her again. (Update: she cleared the debt)

    Vantage Side review:

Trish, when she was still around, was a fantastic agent who did her job very well and did the best to accommodate me and my roommate. I wish she was still around because she was the only competent one. Full communication. Got every single piece of information that we needed for the apartment and was very professional.

I lived on the 3rd floor. It was hot, musty and the apartment wasnt even cleaned when we arrived. It was still covered in the landlord special paintjob and drywall combo maintenace job.
They did not clean the apartment before we moved in either.

The tub separated from that wall and was sagging, causing water to be trapped behind the tub and wall. Speaking with other residents, this is very common amongst ALL apartments. Which means, could be very soggy and molding wood boards and won't support or the tubs just need to be releveled due to use.

Mold is a very frequent visitor at these apartments and instead of releveling the tub, maintenance will just recalk it and tell you to use it when it dries. (heres the tip, it never dries because it's too moist behind the tub). Speaking of mold, there is a clause in the leasing contract that sustains them from responsibility of any kind about the mold. I wouldn't be surprised that if someone were to get a city inspector inside of these to test the mold count, that it would be considered unlivable.

Another surprise in the leasing contract is that there is a no retaliation clause, which means that if you do get sick or hurt by their apartments, you cannot take them to civil court in anyway or bring in any lawyers.

The gate codes stopped working for guests and parking became a nightmare. The mailbox also would be broken into, very frequently.

    Pebble view Side review:

No contact from my rep, Ana ever. I got no gate code, no move in instructions, nothing.
On the day of move in, I called and asked if I needed to bring anything in. She immediately replied with "oh that's right, that's today. I forgot" and told me a money check of $1300.
My rent is supposed to be $1152 but I wasn't made aware of the fees or how much I actually needed so I greatly misjudged my savings and that ended up draining me completely and almost putting me in a financial hardship.
The only plus is I was told it was 2nd story apartment, and I was actually placed on the 1st floor, so there's that silver lining.
Looking around the place, you can tell it wasn't cleaned (go figure) as the floors were nasty, windows barley wiped and the cabinets grimy.
Tub separated from the wall at this place too and the inside of my toilet commode and lid were covered in black mold.
Do not live here. I plan on leaving when my lease is done.
