My Husband & I used the Kissimmee Civic Center to get married on 6/16/2023 & Josh was ,so friendly & very helpful & even gave us a card,thanking us for choosing the civic center.
*** We chose the Civic center because of the scenery at the park.
*** The rental of the 3 ballrooms was much cheaper than a lot of venues,or if you want to get married on the lawn & find a different venue for your reception.
** We had a beautiful evening & we were happy with how everything came together. We had forgotten to ask for a table for our unity sand for our wedding ceremony & Josh even added a table cloth to the perfect sized table.

The Civic Center is a nice location for events. Our boys' elementary rents it for graduations. They have ample parking plus a parking garage close by. The location is well selected, on the side of downtown but easy walking distance to anything you want. Park, lake, restaurants, library, etc. My husband has played basketball there and said the gym is nice. You can get a day pass for I believe $3.

This was a very cozy venue for the event I attended last week. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the person at the front desk turned their nose up at me when I walked through the door as if I did not belong. Very unwelcoming to say the least.
