Just wanted to thank the staff that helped me last night at 4 am . My father in law had emergency surgery at wake med last night . So we thought we could just crash in car however that plan failed . But we had an incredible group of your employees help us find a perfect room at 4 am . Great customer service . This morning we had an another amazing experience in your breakfast area . The employee by the name of Emoni Hardy was truly amazing she made our omelets . She has great customer service to the point that we asked her a question about wake med . She was very familiar with wake med so my wife showed her the area . She told us exactly where to go to park our car . She was spot on !! So if the Director of operations reads this review . Your employees were amazing last night and this morning upon check out . Please recognize them on going above and beyond . Thank you for making our difficult night amazing !

Staff was great at check in. While their lounge is closed temporarily, they still offer you a free breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby.
It’s in a great location. You can walk along all of the shops and dining nearby. I love the lobster roll place right in front.

It’s a rarity that I’ve encountered a perfect hotel but this was the one. The room was immaculate. Every part of the hotel was clean, even the bathrooms in the lobby. There was valet parking. The attendant is the kindest guy you will ever meet! We purchased a room that included the breakfast. Usually we find that hotel breakfast is subpar but we decided to take the risk. Their breakfast was amazing. There was real scrambled eggs on the buffet area, crispy bacon, and a full spread of fruits and cereal. Lastly, the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores, including Target, Five Guys, Chic Fila, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel!
