From the moment I stepped up to the desk to check in and was greeted by Elaine with a smile and super helpful and quick check-in to the quiet and restful nights sleep, this has been a fantastic stay. At a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, certainly not true at this hotel. The restaurant staff the housekeeping staff, literally everyone could have made me feel more welcome. 5 Star stay! Great job to all at the Aloft Austin!!!

Katherine really set the tone for our stay with the warmest welcome today. Once we got into our room we were so pleased and excited to flop on the bed and go get dinner. One thing about this location that standouts from other’s, aside from the customer service, was how convenient the location is. Great restaurants and entertainment with plenty of options all within a 10 min walk!

This Aloft location is right in the center of downtown Austin. You can easily get to many places in walking distance from the hotel. They have an amazing outdoor bar area, great drinks and food, and provide quality service. This hotel uses the dry bar shampoo and conditioner which is amazing! My room is always clean and I have received phenomenal customer service during every stay. Highly recommend!
