    My experience at the W Atlanta was absolutely exceptional. I stayed from October 12th to October 25th while attending my big trial, and I truly felt like I was in heaven. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I didn’t experience a single issue throughout my stay.

    Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and attentive, resolving all my needs promptly and with care.

    A special thank-you to Kimberly Thomas, the Food & Beverage Manager, who was phenomenal. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine kindness truly brightened my days during a difficult time. I also want to recognize Tariq Pennix from the Food & Beverage team for his exceptional service and compassion. When I wasn’t feeling well and requested hot tea, he personally brought it up to my room and that gesture meant so much to me. I made sure I tipped him for that.

    The valet and bellhop staff were equally outstanding, always professional and helpful with my Uber Eats deliveries and assisting me and my attorney with our luggage during checkout.

    I am deeply grateful to the entire W team for their warmth, professionalism, and above-and-beyond hospitality. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you all for making my stay such a positive and comforting experience during a challenging time in my life.

    Celebrated my birthday with my family for the weekend. We stayed in the cool corner room. I also had spa services.
    Honestly I was very unimpressed. For the reputation this hotel has I was surprised at how the room was kept. The curtains had stains all over them and some of chains to pull the curtains up or down didnt really work. The bathroom would occasionally smell like sewage at night, and the hallways always smelled like smoke. The spa was amazing but I spent over an hour wasting time waiting due to someone calling out or something. Tried to order food one evening but couldn't because the register randomly stopped working.
    The next night we were able and it was delicious. Vallet is a really good service they are fast and the bell hops are helpful.
    I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it.

    We will echo a few other reviews from folks. For a 4 1/2 star Marriott property, we didn’t think to do too much research before arriving but unfortunately we should have. Hotel is extremely club-y. It’s fine if that’s what you’re expecting but if you’re hoping to relax, this hotel is not the right fit. My spa appointment was fairly underwhelming – but not at the fault of any of the staff. My technician and the first desk worker were extremely sweet, accommodating, and I’d give them 5 stars all around. But the amenities were nothing special – in the changing room almost all of the lockers were broken / unable to lock my belongings. The relaxing area is just a small room with seats. Meanwhile the DJ at the pool next to us is bumping music the whole time. Rooms were fine – they seemed pretty outdated. The front desk staff did not seem too terribly worried about making sure our stay was a nice experience. Just underwhelmed all around unfortunately!
