We traveled to Philadelphia for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at The Ritz-Carlton. The service is above and beyond. The whole experience was perfection. The best customer service ever. The hotel staff went above and beyond in every single aspect of our stay. We 100% recommend this hotel and we will be back!!! I visited the Club Level Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia with a friend, and Shelton was truly the best host we could have asked for. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He was warm, attentive, and went out of his way to make the experience memorable. The lounge itself is beautiful, but Shelton made it exceptional. He’s the kind of host who elevates the entire visit—I can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful historical rooms- Jay at the door is the best! All other staff members very professional as well. This hotel gets a bad rep among business travelers but I’ll never understand why. If you’re coming to Philadelphia for business or pleasure and appreciate history this is the place to be!
