Nice place to walk, many businesses closed, but the views are amazing

No car parking. Park you car at street parking opposite to the waterfront. There’s sufficient spots and street parking is affordable 👍🏽. Beautiful scenic views in the Baltimore downtown.

Lovely Harbour area , very quiet at 11.15A.M on the morning of our visit. Unfortunately, a lot of the shops ( Hard Rock Cafe ) , paddle boat rides, and ferry services were closed. The few that were open were few and far between !!! Went into the Baltimore Tourist Information Centre, no one said anything about what was happening,( we were offered a tour of the historic city by a friendly staff member, for a fee )..but we Learnt much later that the whole area is earmarked for a MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT,hence the " non-vibe " feel . Had a lunch at the Phillips restaurant, which was OK. Nice walking around the harbour, pity that nothing was happening.
