I’m obsessed with this Pilates studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. The classes range from introductory to level 3 – they’ve got a great variety. It doesn’t hurt that they always play a nice mix of music! I’ve been going for 6 months now and will hit 100 classes this week. Will continue to go here for sure!

I always recommend The Studio and have brought several of my friends with me! The staff is always kind and fun. You’ll feel seen and accepted (come as you are!).

There are que cards for instructors if you do/don’t want hands on correction that day – this is done in a discrete manner.

There’s care in everything they do from check in to end of class and plenty of free parking.

You’ll truly feel a sense of belonging bc even the members are kind and nothing feels cliquey. No mean girl here! Which brings me to the no filming in class policy. I have a love/hate relationship with this bc I’d love to see my progress in film HOWEVER if you want to film, The Studio does provide multiple classes per month that allow filming.

It’s easy to book classes through their app and the chat option with front desk is super helpful.

Classes offered include reformer (intro to level 3 including glutes & abs, arms & thighs, HIIT, jump board and sculpt classes), tower (intro to lvl 3), prenatal, and Cadillac. Most classes are available in group, semi-private and private (upon request).

Milestones are met with prizes so you’ll feel extra excited when you hit 25, 50, or 100 classes!

I love all the instructors but if you’re advanced in Pilaties, catch a level 2, 2.5 or 3 class with Cortney, Toniann or Maddie with your perfect form and lmk how much you love it!

The ONLY opportunity here is there is no changing room and only 1 RR. If you’re coming from work and need to change, give yourself some time and be patient. Everyone is changing as fast as they can. I hear they’re working on this so I’m sure we’ll have an update soon!
