I've had the pleasure of living here 4 and a half years! The new management has made quite a difference! They make improvements based on what the residents need! The staff is outstanding! I'm disabled and I feel like they take extra care to help me!
The coffee bar is great! Popcorn, iced water, and other goodies are a nice touch.
I feel like an important resident that can talk to them with an idea, and they listen.
The apartments are very pretty! Curved doorways, crown molding and nice colors.
There is a lot of comrade among a lot of the residents .
The newly decorated pool area is lovely and so comfortable.
I couldn't recommend The Artisan8282 enough!! No noise issues, no problems with kids. People love living here with their families!
If you are lucky enough to lease an apartment, you will be so glad you did!

This apartment is very nice environment. The neighbours are good and helpful friendly. Management office is always open and nice common area for residents. Office people are helpful and take care of you all the time.

The location is so convenient. Always provide coffee and drink to residents. Highly recommend this place

After living here for over a year now, I cannot be more impressed with these apartments. For one, the grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. H, the groundskeeper, always does a fantastic job with keeping things clean and maintaining a watchful eye on the property. The maintenance staff, Alex and Gabriel, are attentive and extremely knowledgeable. They take pride in their work and it shows!

I would also like to highlight the efforts of the office staff. Jessica, Vincent and Sam are always happy to help and assist you when needed. They are consistently offering their help, checking in with you and make each interaction friendly and welcoming. They truly put their best foot forward in creating community and it makes a lasting impact on the overall vibe and feel of living at Artisan. I’ve seen quite a remarkable improvement even from year 1 to year 2 of living here!

The location is great, as we are just a short drive away from all the major grocery stores and shops. Amenities are another highlight, the pool area is one of the best I have seen in apartment communities. It’s never dirty, there’s tons of seating and loungers, and it has a luxury feel.

Our apartment is quiet, spacious, and feels more like a home than a traditional apartment. Overall, I can’t recommend Artisan enough! Thank you team for all your hard work!
