A very late review but better than never! I stayed at this hotel from May 28th – June 1st for Dreamcon that was hosted at the George R. Brown Convention Center. I have never stayed at a Westin hotel so I didn't know what to expect but this hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, maybe even the nicest. The front of house staffing and front guest were very welcoming when we entered and exited. Those who worked in housekeeping, the marketplace, and at the restaurant were all kind and helpful. I wish I knew the name of every staff member that worked during that time but I can at least name two who made our stay amazing, Jestine and DJ. For the hospitality that they gave us, I hope they receive some type of raise or bonus. From big laughters, having great conversations, and being able to help us when we needed something, those two were amazing. This convention is scheduled again for next year and I have already decided that I will be staying here at this hotel once again. I look forward to my stay next year once scheduled! Thank you to everyone who worked those dates during our stay. 🙂

I stayed at The Westin Houston Downtown and had such a great experience. Melissa was amazing during check-in and throughout my stay, always smiling and making friendly conversation. She asked me to mention her girl Abigail at the front desk and Cameron in Security…. both were just as kind and professional😂🙌. You guys have stars on your team!

I valet at the Marriott, when they need help I dont mind helping, you see 4 stars because no1 is perfect 4 stars is absolutely 💯. Everytime I've been here, because I'm an outsider and valet at the Marriott down the street. These guys are good. And for me to help that day was an honor. More experience on my belt and it felt good to help my guests. They are all of our guests. Thank you.
