We went to an event at The Clay recently and it was amazing. So beautiful and fun! I got to meet the coordinator (Nicole, I believe?) but forgot to pay her any compliments. She deserves them though! Because of my experience at this event, I’ll definitely keep this venue in mind for anything I have going on in the future and recommend it to everyone.

This place and the service from the staff was exceptional. We had an event here and Nicole Thomas was so great to work with.
If you have any events coming up in Louisville, Kentucky, I can't recommend this location enough.
I'm sure we will be back.

My husband and I went to Louisville for a job in the area. We have traveled for work for yrs now so we can say we have been in some good & bad places. This was a big beautiful building in the head of Louisville KY and we were completely exstatic about it. The Apartments are very nice and comfortable and friendly people around. Price was ok. We were happy to pay for the comfort of the locked building and so many floors were the elevator is unable to be used for any of the floors without the key tag and only then u can go to only the one floor where it's designated to go to. Safest we felt or could have felt Especially since we had a shooting 2 blocks from the building at a dive bàr at 4:30am and as we were walking out to the car to get to work it was just popping off and we were in a panic of what we were supposed doing n continue to work like it's just another day and it was over and I was still able to work so we had to get ourselves together and do what we came here to do n we did. It was definitely easier to sleep with knowing that we were safe and it would take some one to get a hold of keys to the building and elevator and it be our floor and then the Apartment too. We had all the stuff u expect to find Ina room. Fresh clean smell good towels and sheets and featherdown comforter set and king size bed with 2 bathrooms n a pullout couch for any company. It had dishes n dish washer n washer n dryer that was all working great and it was a high vaulted ceilings and huge space for the rooms that I was impressed by and it had 2 small balcony where in the living room if you were able to smoke me which I do and it would be easier to not rub all the way down stairs every time so I was going to the balcony and close myself on it and smoke my morning cigarettes with my coffee and it would have my daughter started out right. I would love to be able to live there. Some floors do have tenant's that full time live there.
