We had a great stay while in town for the Equip Expo. The booking and customer swevice was super helpful. Went above and beyond for our group. The hotel and the rooms were spotless. The pool was clean. The food at the restaurant inside was great. Me and our group ordered all different meals ajd everyone was happy at dinner time. The morning buffet was great, food was quality and my server was super sweet! She took good care of me. I am a hotel snob and my sister has beena crown plaza member for some time and she was right. Crown Plaza is a win! And you can reat assure it will be worth it. Highly recommend!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. I also appreciated how clean and inviting the common areas were. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. You can really tell the team here takes pride in providing great service. I’ll definitely be staying here again, highly recommend!

Excellent Stay at the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport!
From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a premium room — which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommended!
