I have had the opportunity to visit this location on several occasions as part of the OPD Explorer Program. This building is quite large and offers fascinating architecture, artwork, and carries a neat historical background.

This is a very historical site with original Otis Escalators

My experience as a potential juror was limited. What looked like the main entrance was closed and you had to enter one of the the side doors. Inside it was clean and surprisingly bright. The security at the metal detector were professional and friendly. The seats in the legislative chamber were surprisingly comfortable.
