We were extremely impressed!!! The person at the desk was very welcoming upon our arrival, and I must say every staff member we encountered couldn't have been more helpful and engaging whether it was the man who brought our food or the lady serving drinks at the bar. We loved Jasmin C., whom we encountered as a server both at breakfast and at dinner. She couldn't have been more delightful. The hotel is very clean, we loved our room, and the food amazing!!! I would give two thumbs up!

The first room I had was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. However, the desk staff member, Mallory, handled the issue very well with professionalism and urgency and actually went above and beyond. I travel a lot for work and was extremely impressed with the staff at this hotel. Much better than the Marriotts I normally stay at for the reward points that cost a lot more.

Clean, quiet, modern although you are next to the airport aside from planes taking off here and there. Friendly staff clean inviting building. Neutral decor and calming lights but still bright. No smoking or weird smell. Spacious in between beds and a table and love seat to eat at. Great price. Would recommend and will stay here again if we end up in Indiana! My view was of the rooftop but didn’t matter we just needed one night sleep.
