The best place I've lived since moving to Colorado 5 years ago!! The units are so thoughtfully designed and furnished, the building is well kept, and best of all – the staff and management GENUINELY care about their residents. I've never experienced that with any other apartment living. The only maintenance request I had was addressed and fixed within 10 minutes of submitting it. The building feels safe and the community is great, which all in all – pretty hard to find in this city

I miss my studio, it was safe and clean for the area and affordable. Went through 3 managers, but Leo & June are amazing always provided professionalism and showed true hospitality. If I return to Denver, I’ll definitely resign a lease with them. I do wish the studios were 400 sq ft with Washer/Dryer.

After living here for 2 months in the studio apartment which was very ADA accessible we ended up talking with Mac and Houston about moving into a 1 bed room official ADA accessible apartment which is absolutely amazing.
We have had the chance to live in two different apartments at Turntable and they both have had thick cement walls which makes for never hearing your neighbors when you’re in your apartment. In the hall way I know for a fact my neighbor plays electric guitar, once I close my door I can’t even tell he’s home.
Houston, Mac, and Brian are easy to get a hold of, one of them is always available when the office is open which seems to be 6 days a week.
Best place I’ve ever rented at.
