Great location. Rooms are comfortable. Front desk service was top notch. Irish Pub is so much fun. Bartenders were great. Bloody Mary's are so Good. Service at the restaurant upstairs was fantastic and food was amazing.

Best hotel location in Downtown Dallas! I highly recommend to people who would like to explore Dallas downtown. If you are an Marriott platinum above member, this is also the hotel who will try their best to accommodate your upgrade reward without waiting till last minute to disappoint you. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Fitness center and indoor swimming pool looks luxury. You can see a beautiful sunrise from the indoor pool window view. The hotel breakfast serves till noon on Sunday is a blessing as you can take your time for a relaxing weekend getaway. Thank you Westin Downtown Dallas!

Clean hotel, nicely equipped gym, pool usually warm in the mornings but the best part of this hotel is Debora! What a great front office manager. Nothing but smiles and a great personality to greet you, as well as a wealth of knowledge of the area if you need some recommendations on things to do or places to eat.
