Love this property!
The building is very well maintained, the amenities are really good and the view from the building is amazing. I also love the building staff, they’re so friendly and helpful.
There’s a nice dog park outside and the property also has a really nice walking space for pets.
Some of the advantages of the location of this property are:
1. Close to some of the best places in Boston – Beacon Hill, Boston Common, North End.
2. Easy access to red line (Charles MGH), green line (Science Park/West End) and Commuter (North End).
3. Close proximity to MGH, Mass General Eye and Ear and so many other medical facilities.

Steve has been extremely helpful, especially when I moved to a new unit and many of the appliances needed to be fixed. He has a sense of urgency, my heater stopped working in the winter and he fixed it within a day; and he was thorough to ensure that the problem was resolved. He is responsive and courteous. Speaking of courteous, McNeil (Concierge at Vesta building) always smiles and says hello. He also goes out of his way to take care of whatever people need, big or small. I enjoy living here, and these two gentlemen in particular have enhanced that experience.

I’ve only been here for a little over a week and I’m blown away by the staff I’ve met! The concierge is very friendly & helpful (we love you Paul!) and the management team is welcoming & quick to respond! A special acknowledgment to the maintenance team who has been outstanding! They have gone above and beyond my expectations. They are extremely quick in their response time, incredibly serving, efficient, friendly, hardworking, and have made my new apartment a great place to live. A special shout-out to the head of the maintenance department Mike – thank you for everything! Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. We are loving our apartment – amazing views, lots of natural light, incredible location, spacious and overall very nice. If you are looking for a place to make your new home, this is it!
