Fantastic museum located near the Balloon Festival field. The museum is light and airy, with exhibits that are both hands on and informational. Although the primary focus is on the history of balloons and those who fly them, I particularly enjoyed the weather exhibit.

We were also fortunate to go during the Balloon Festival and participate in the Virtual Reality Balloon Ride. It was so much fun and easily made our visit worth the small entry fee.

There is a large parking lot available next to the museum.

Hands down, the most interactive museum in the area. Mike's warm welcome from the moment we walked in the door was a great touch. He explained things so we wouldn't miss a thing. Thanks, Mike. We were beyond impressed with all the information we could learn. We love being adult kids, and this museum allowed us to play. I would come back when in the area. I hope one day to come and experience the festival.

The gift shop team was so nice to talk to as well. Thank you for a great experience.

On Sundays, the museum was free before 1:00pm. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful docent who pointed out the areas of the museum to make sure to explore and spend time in.

We learned how the military used balloons to get a view of the land many many years before drones.

There was one activity where it would take your face and make it into a balloon. For some reason it kept making me with a mustache. It gave us a good laugh. We had a lot of fun exploring and learning about Hot Air Balloons.
