Had an amazing apartment tour with JOE! He was super detailed, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for me and my husband. He even shared the building’s history, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a new home, ask for Joe! The whole team was great!

We lived at the lofts for 3 years. We started living there when it was owned by Lincoln Properties and now has been bought by Woodbridge. We definitely noticed some downfalls when Woodbridge took over and knew the pool situation wasn't going to get fixed in a timely manner considering what was damaged. However, we did not let that bother us too much and still enjoyed our time there. They also did not increase our rent much each year. What we loved most about our place was that we couldn't hear our neighbors from the sides, above, or below. We lived in the back facing the DART and enjoyed the many TikTok videos and photoshoots happening on the bridge. We met some amazing neighbors and our fur babies did too. Sometimes the retail can get kind of hectic, but that's a part of living in the city no matter where you are. We truly appreciate the real OG's Brian and Joy. Thank you for your hard work and commitment. Our stay at the lofts was truly memorable!

I just moved out after 4 wonderful years at the Lofts at Mockingbird, and I can honestly say it has been the best living experience I’ve ever had. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The maintenance team is amazing—always prompt, efficient, and friendly (truly love them all!). The leasing office and staff are just as incredible—always welcoming, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed. This has truly been home, and I would recommend the Lofts at Mockingbird to anyone looking for the best lofts and community in Dallas.
