My wife and I are so very impressed with this particular hotel at the National Harbor. We just had the best experience at this place for our anniversary weekend and we are definitely coming back! First of all the service was great. Even at check-in, the manager, Kimberly Brown, greeted me with smiles and a very bubbly personality. She was warm welcoming and treated me with the utmost respect as she was checking me in. When Ms. Brown heard it was our anniversary weekend, the woman blessed us with an upgrade to an even more unbelievable room than what we had reservations for! The room was clean, spacious and the view was breathtaking, overlooking the Potomac River. All the amenities were just perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience with the staff, with manager Brown and the comfortable stay in our hotel room! Thank you Hyatt Place for making a very memorable time for me and my wife at your fantastic hotel!

Great place to stay . Top notch service from front desk to housekeeping. Every at the National Harbor stay at the Hyatt . I didn’t really like the breakfast otherwise great place to stay. If you miss breakfast there is a diner across the street called Silver Diner that have great food.

This hotel stay was amazing!! I booked a room block for my family reunion and from the outset the team (Dae Lyons and Courtney Carey) were fantastic! They answered questions about activities the in area, helped me create menus that fit my budget, and even extended our room block when family was late to make reservations. I couldn’t have asked for a better support team.
The weekend of, the entire hotel staff from the receptionists desk, to the bar, house keeping, food service were responsive, attentive, and so kind. Their patience with our family went a long way. Maurice deserves a raise and a promotion. He didn’t let up!!
The rooms were also clean and spacious. Not one person in our group had an issue with their stay, which says a lot. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place National Harbor. It’s conveniently located and great for large groups. The icing on the cake are the employees! They’re going to make your vacation one to remember!!
