What a magical place. Every employee seemed happy and ready to make our stay as special as they possibly could. The restaurant had amazing food and the waiter… Ray… was perfection. The room was from a dream. I cannot tell you how well appointed, clean and comfortable we were in this space.
The place was impeccably clean, well stocked and comfortable. This place and these ppl made our 40th anniversary pre Hawaiian cruise hotel experience a 100/10 and left me speechless. I LOVED this place. Unfortunately, upon our return the Ritz did not have availability. We were forced to stay at the Fairmont of which I hated. It’s the ritz all the way !! If I coulda given you a thousand stars I would have.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️ WAY TO RUN A HIGH END ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco for making our wedding extra special. We didn’t have to stay here since we live in Oakland and could’ve just driven across the bridge for our big day but choosing to stay the night before was one of the best decisions we made. It completely eased the stress of wedding day traffic and allowed us to fully enjoy the moment.
A special thank-you to Rose and Elena from the Guest Relations team for their thoughtful care, Matthai from the Club Lounge for being so kind, attentive, and wonderful to talk to, and George from the Front Desk for his warm and welcoming energy. The valet, doormen
and concierge teams also went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated.

My furbaby and I stopped by the Ritz-Carlton lounge on October 14 for a relaxing quiet afternoon. Although it was surprisingly very busy, we enjoyed the delicious halibut and cookies.
But i am actually writing to highlight the exceptional service I received from the front desk staff. After getting the rest of the cookies to go, I passed by the front desk where i was greeted with a warm, genuine smile — a small gesture that immediately stood out. When I returned a few minutes later with my request for a bag, he went out of his way twice to the backroom to find the most appropriately sized bag. It may seem like a small task, but the level of care, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly left an impression.
He seemed to be the only one who actively acknowledged guests in the area and made a sincere effort to make me feel welcome. a rare quality even in luxury hospitality, especially in San Francisco.
I sincerely hope management recognizes this team member’s five-star level of service. He truly embodies the excellence and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton name represents.
