I had read a number of reviews before my stay and was a little concerned what I was going to.
Upon arrival, I used the fast check-in seamlessly and went to my room. This was clean and well presented. Throughout my 2 week stay my room was cleaned daily, always to a high standard.
The elevators worked well my entire stay so if there had been issues, they were obviously fixed.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful also, and overall, my stay was a pleasant one.

The resort fees and various taxes added on to the room rate I find confusing. I would rather just know what the total room cost is up front and pay that. The overall nightly cost though was very reasonable. I only mention this in the hope that hotels like this become a bit more transparent with their charges.

Super friendly staff. Affordable. So many places to eat and drink. The only downfall for me was that I wish it was a little cleaner. Bathroom shower could of used a good scrub. And the coffee pod was still in the machine when I went to use it. Also our floors ice machine was broken. And no microwaves in the room. We will be staying here in the future for sure!

It's a casino….with all the smoking, characters, wait for the elevators, etc. The room I couldn't complain about at all. It was cleaner than some chains that I stay in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was 10 or so minutes from the airport and there was a hotel shuttle than ran mostly consistently on the half hour. I was here for an event, as such I did not choose this location for any specific reason. The event staff was helpful, rooms were adequate depending on the group size, and overall environment was a bit noisy (it's a casino after all!). The restaurants were surprisingly good – food options were excellent and staff great. It's not Vegas, but nobody was expecting it to be.
