Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent from start to finish. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location is ideal, close to the airport and even closer to the Princess cruise port.

The staff were outstanding. Keila in the main restaurant provided warm, professional service, and the gentleman at check-in made us feel immediately welcome. The welcome gift in our room was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

We arrived to this hotel overnight. The staff present upon our arrival was Yahir, he did not make us feel welcome. He did not greet us happily, he gave us our room key and did not provide us with any key information about our stay. He did not guide us with any relevant information we should know about the hotels amenities. We found out there was a shuttle service that would take us to Old San Juan through the transportation taxi we took to the hotel that night. The hotel had a very nice pool, but it was always packed. The hotel room was very nice, spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning our room every day which was greatly appreciated. There is a small convenience coffee shop that serves breakfast and other foods. We grabbed a few grab and go wraps available they were delicious. The location of the hotel is convenient when traveling to old San Juan. Parking is available but it seemed expensive. I would love to return but I hope the staff at the front desk is a lot more friendly and welcoming

The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with a good bed that made for a restful sleep. I was staying here as part of a convention, and the overall cleanliness and amenities within the room were well-maintained. The on-site coffee shop offered decent food options. The hotel has a small pool and café area which, while compact, provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing in the evenings.

Despite its reputation, my experience did not reflect the standards expected of a hotel of this category. Upon check-in, I specifically asked for a room with a good view, and the receptionist assured me it had one, however, the view was completely obstructed, which was disappointing. More critically, I sensed a consistent lack of empathy and hospitality from the front desk staff throughout my stay. Simple requests, such as an adapter for my charger, were met with dismissive replies. I was directed to purchase one from the adjacent shop for nearly $50, which felt unreasonable and unhelpful.

The overall guest experience, especially for those attending a conference, was let down by basic issues: the elevators were small and painfully slow during busy periods, the shower looked quite dated, and the drain functioned poorly, with water pooling noticeably. While the facilities serve their purpose, the atmosphere was lacking in warmth, and service felt transactional rather than genuinely welcoming.
