Ok people at the city hall are very professional with some exemptions, I said this because one employee was not helpful at all and the next one that helped me was very kind, now the real problems is that the city employees that works out on the city are very rude, unprofessional, disgraceful and there's a lot of retaliation against citizens who shows their concerns. It's a very unfair the way some Not only the taxes are higher and the crime rate as well.
