I am very glad I chose to stay here! First of all the location was perfect, with easy access to the shopping malls and walkable distance to the Salcedo/Legazpi markets!
But what made my experience here truly great were the staff members! They were all polite and kind and I especially loved interacting with the staff at the entryway and even the cleaners who greeted me enthusiastically!
My room was huge, clean and it was the perfect place to relax after a tiring day. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary drinks but did with the snacks, which were all a pleasant surprise. I also loved the indoor pool, a lovely way to spend my time and would’ve loved to use the gym if I had the time!
All in all, a fantastic stay, I would come back again 🙂

Location was convenient as it was right across GB5. Staff were polite, accomodating, and easy to talk to. Most of all, the rooms! Our room was impeccable, it was clean, the layout was very well thought out, and the bed and pillow were comfortable! After our stay me and my husband were gushing about how this had the best hotel bed and pillow we've had! We truly enjoyed our stay. Our family also visited us and they too were impressed. Would recommend and would def go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Makati Diamond Hotel! The rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, made even more enjoyable with live music—such talented singers! Overall, it was a truly delightful stay and we would gladly return.
