Clean sorroundings and a disciplined community. They have fast service, my transaction took me only less than five minutes, from Assesors Office to the Cashier for the payment of my Aunt's amilyar. All government offices of the City of Mandaluyong were located inside the compound so no need to travel if you have another transactions. The police station of Mandaluyong was located here also. Kudos to all.

All staff I encountered for the health card/mayor’s permit was rude. Most of them were on tiktok and would only look at you briefly then go back to their phones. It’s as if I was interrupting something important whenever I have a transaction.
Only the guards were nice.
Because I had more than pea sized amount of stool, the guy asked me to remove some of it out. Saying I can just do it outside. That’s the first time I ever heard a medical professional say that. There wasn’t even an available trash can or comfort room to do it. It was so embarassing.
