I had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu Cebu. The room was extremely comfortable with a great setup for business work, and the shower had excellent water pressure and volume. The building itself is beautiful and immaculately maintained.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every request and question was handled with a smile, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
The location is perfect—right next to SM Mall Cebu, which offers incredible shopping and dining options. The concierge desk also arranged a driver for me to tour local sites, making the experience effortless and enjoyable.
If I could give six stars, I would. Highly recommended.

We had a brief stay here before leaving the Phillipines, I regret that we didn’t book here upon our arrival instead of the Bai Hotel.
The cooked breakfast was excellent, unlike the Bai hotel where the breakfasts were consistently cold.
The ambience of the hotel is so much better, the pool bar was an excellent place to sit outside and eat. The service was fast unlike the Bai Hotel where you have to wait nearly an hour before food is served.
The staff are so professional and proficient.
I’ll be staying here on my return, no more Bai hotel in future.

We spent the last two nights of our holiday at Radisson Blu Cebu, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The lobby is expansive and beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
We booked directly through the hotel’s website and joined their rewards program, which ensured the best available rate. Our Deluxe Room (1415) was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed—though the pillows were smaller than expected. The room offered an easterly view that included the pool area, which unfortunately remains under renovation as noted in previous reviews.
Entertainment options were excellent, with multiple movie channels and western programming available on the TV.
Our stay included the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. The variety, quality, and proper food temperature made it easily the best breakfast buffet we’ve experienced in Cebu.
The hotel’s location next to SM City Cebu is another advantage, with the mall just a short walk away.
Throughout our stay, the staff provided consistently excellent service, making us feel valued and well cared for.
Having stayed at Seda Ayala over the past five years, we can confidently say that Radisson Blu Cebu is a significant step up in quality and experience. Moving forward, this will be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Cebu.
