The waterfront ambience is beautiful and very relaxing. The amenities are clean and well-maintained, and the overall comfort of the place is good. Cleanliness in the rooms and common areas was satisfactory. However, I booked online because it was cheaper; the walk-in price at the reception is more expensive. For a small room with two small single beds, ₱5,000 feels quite expensive. Additionally, while the staff were polite and respectful, I would appreciate it if the front desk receptionist could be more friendly and smile more often.
Before I forget, the swimming pool seems to have been overlooked for cleaning, as there was visible dirt and mold along the sides of the pool.

I am deeply grateful to Waterfront Cebu Hotel for their kindness and support during a typhoon and very challenging moment for our family. The staff went above and beyond. The massage services were wonderful and food was delicious. A special thank-you to Mike, the manager, whose kindness, faith, and thoughtful guidance brought us so much comfort. The beautiful Christmas decorations and music also made the hotel feel peaceful and uplifting.
