I cannot say enough about this resort. The customer service is top notch – they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of… even called my resort in Bohol to arrange transportation from Cebu. They helped me when I did not have cash… and were just a gem the entire time. I stayed in the ocean wing in a panoramic room which was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars on service, I would. Highly, highly recommend

A truly wonderful stay!

My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic time at the resort last Sept and we can't wait to share our positive experience. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and helpful setting a wonderful tone for our entire trip. The commitment to excellent service was evident in every staff interaction we had.
The recreational activities were a major highlight of our stay! We truly had so much fun and time flew by thanks to the engaging offerings and the outstanding staff who run them.
A special and huge thank you goes to Anton from Sports/Recreational. Anton was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, highly informative, and clearly very well-trained. He made sure we were aware of all the options available and helped us make the most of our time. Anton's enthusiasm and knowledge truly elevated our experience.
