A very spacious convention center, the mini buses/coaster often call it ICC but other locals call it ICON. It's near a lot of malls and hotels. The inside is well maintained and can accommodate thousands of people. Toilets are clean. The airconditioner is very good. Staff is accommodating.
The food is also well prepared. One thing we noticed though is how the food doesn't include any soups. I don't know if it's the event organizer's intention or the menu does not include soups.
Overall, it's a splendid experience.

ICON they call it.. They have centralized AC, functional elevators and escalators, decent CRs and its spacious, it can accomodate up to 2,500 pax more or less. .
nice sidewalks and its close to festive mall and around walking distance to SM city Ilo-ilo around 1.4km

Real cool! This convention even it’s just right size for it. They very organize and the place looks clean. This was at the Wofex event.
