The hotel surpassed my expectations! Staff were incredible – so polite and helpful. Rooms were great and the location was the best in Boracay in my opinion. Breakfast was top class too. I loved the design of the hotel, really unique. The main pool and sky pool are highlights for me. Having a drink and lunch in the sky pool was marvellous. Credit to the hotel staff for delivering a fantastic guest experience. I hope to stay again someday.

This was my first trip to Boracay, and since it was a short stay, I prioritized efficiency and chose a slightly luxurious option. The location and facilities were impeccable. The staff were also impeccable. The beauty of the beach right in front of me was breathtaking. However, the size of the private beach and the number of beds were lacking, so I wish there were more space.

I considered my stay at the hotel almost a success because they asked us to leave a deposit upon check-in, even though it wasn't stated anywhere during the booking process, but we did leave a deposit. The hotel has a private beach, but no one really monitors it. Since I'm staying at a hotel with a private beach, people selling souvenirs or offering tours are not allowed to approach me. There are 15 people standing at the beachfront exit, very pushy, offering various tourist attractions. As a guest of a supposedly 5-star hotel, this should be limited to prevent these people from bothering guests with the same thing every day. The hotel doesn't deserve a 5-star rating, only a 3.5-star or 4-star rating, no more. The rooms need updating, the air conditioning leaks, and the breakfast is monotonous. Guests from outside can buy breakfast and take a seat where hotel guests don't get it. I wouldn't return to this hotel at this price.
