It's a beautiful area to be in, it's lively day and night! A huge transformation of the city. It's pretty much everything you can imagine! Fancy restaurants, movies, kids' playgrounds, museums, high-end hotels, beautiful structures of European inspired condominiums/buildings, and more! Highly recommend visiting!

Aside from the hotels in the area, this is the place for offices and call centers as well. Usually there are food fests in the weekends. Fun and an hip place usually teens gather around the area to stroll and take pictures. There's also a museum here. PSA, please know public smoking and littering is frowned upon the city.

What a great transformation at the city of love .
It is now a more developed city.
The rising of high end hotels, commercial establishments, a lot of constructions on going, thus giving more jobs to many Ilonggos.
European inspired architectural designs.
There's so much to enjoy here.
This was the former airport in Iloilo, but now totally developed for the business park.
