We needed a place somewhere in north. We also wanted a single room for 4 people since it would be more fun staying together while on vacation mode. Luxent Hotel made it possible to meet all those requirements.

We stayed here for 3d2n. The room is nice and comfortable. It is perfect to what we needed. The amnesties could be one the best I ever have. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed running in the treadmill in the gym. But our favorite is playing in the game room. It is like a typical arcade place but we didn't need token to play. We could play all our hearts out. We also loved our daily breakfast buffet. All dishes we tried are delicious and I don't think we would get tired to any of it. We also liked the dining area. The interior was unique with the thing shaped like dome. It is so distinct that we even recognize it when we watched the movie of David Licauco and Barbie Forteza, That Kind of Love.

Lastly, the staff were all so cheerful and nice. They always greet us with so much energy. Their initiatives are also top notch since we didn't even mention about the birthday but yet they have prepared a cake on my birthday. It was a good surprise from them since we were really staying for another reason (concert).

Our whole experience is unforgettable. Thanks for making it so meaningful to all of us.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we had a relaxing stay. Location is strategic and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Lots of parking slots as well. The only inconvenience we experienced is the noise and chaos we had to endure because they allowed pre-wedding photoshoot on our floor, all entourage — including small children who kept running around with parents screaming at the kids, relatives getting stressed out with the preps and the whole entourage chit chatting, laughing, talking, etc. which created disturbance within the whole floor as if they rented the whole place. I hope the management looks into it because there are other guests within that floor that are supposed to be resting and relaxing. And this happened in the morning, fyi.

Had a beautiful family staycation at this hotel. Check in and check out was efficient. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Pool on the 17th floor was clean and not too cold. Room (premier king) was clean and big. Staff are nice and courteous. Called housekeeping and requested items were delivered on a timely manner. Shower was relaxing with the right water pressure and temperature. Gamer room is a nice inclusion as well to kill time.

Only cons was that their king size bed is not a standard king. It was smaller and shorter but comfy. Just a bit cramped if you have a kid with you. Towels smells nice and fresh but a bit on the small side. Would also be nice to have bathrobe included.

Hope you stay consistent with your service and will come back again.
