Outstanding Experience at Hilton Manila

Our stay at Hilton Manila was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was beyond outstanding—warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued, and it truly made a difference.

The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The amenities were top-notch—from the pool and fitness facilities to the dining options—everything was thoughtfully designed and well managed. You can really tell that Hilton Manila takes pride in delivering a world-class experience.

What truly set this stay apart, however, was an unforgettable act of kindness. My son accidentally lost his toy turtle during our stay, and we mentioned it to the staff with little expectation. To our amazement, the team took it seriously, searched for it, and actually found it. Seeing my son’s happiness when his toy was returned was priceless. That level of care and attention speaks volumes about the heart and dedication of the Hilton Manila team.

This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them in every way. Exceptional service, excellent amenities, and staff who genuinely care about their guests. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Hilton Manila to anyone looking for an outstanding stay in Manila.

The drive to the hotel felt a little sketchy but once we got there it was non stop luxury. From the welcome staff to the bar tenders they were all very pleasant and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the swim up bar chatting with Renzo one of the poolside bartenders. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in places to eat and sights to see. He also made some delicious drinks. Even some off them menu ones. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

My gf and I celebrated our anniversary here. We got a digital key using the app and it was amazing! We were able to roam around without bringing our physical keys and just used our phones to ride the elevator, open doors to locked amenities and even our room.

The bar pool was great! It's fun being able to chill with cocktails even if we're in the pool. On top of the pool, there's an LED screen which my gf and I thought it's a good idea to play family movies there while drinking at the bar pool 😂 Renzo is very friendly, has a huge smile, and offered to take a photo of us. Anne Marie (not sure if this is her name) prepared our drinks and they were delicious! The mix is the right blend of being able to have fun and chill with alcohol.

Over to the Port restaurant, the place has the usual bar vibe. AJ assisted us, shared few laughs with us, and suggested we try the carabao beer. Then, Ela greeted us, asked us how the food was, and gave few suggestions for us to try the next time so if you need foods to try, just ask her for her insights! We felt like we knew here for a long time 😅
