My New Year's stay was exceptionally pleasant, and I was particularly impressed by the remarkable friendliness and professionalism exhibited by staff. The room maintained a high standard of cleanliness, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and every team member I encountered was courteous and offered a greeting. The culinary selection was excellent, offering a diverse range of choices, and I was especially pleased with the variety of fresh juices available at the buffet.

The hotel's location offers convenient access to prominent retail destinations, with Megamall, Shangri-La, and The Podium all situated within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

A special commendation to Angel at the club lounge for her impeccable attentiveness, consistently positive demeanor, and overall professionalism. Her contributions are truly notable.

I also acknowledged the front desk team for their meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service. I am particularly grateful to Sander for accommodating my request for a late checkout, which was crucial given my flight schedule. This level of service has firmly established my intention to select The Westin Manila for all future visits to the city.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

Our overall experience at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We booked three rooms and arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. The hotel kindly provided us with one available room right away, which we truly appreciated.

Due to the New Year peak season and the hotel being fully booked, most guests requested late check-out, the remaining two rooms were only ready around 5–6 PM. While the delay was understandable given the circumstances, what really stood out was how the hotel handled the situation.

We were able to enjoy the Club Lounge, which we availed of, and it made the waiting time very pleasant. Even better, the hotel generously allowed us to continue enjoying the Club Lounge and hotel facilities until 7 PM the following day as compensation for the inconvenience. This gesture made a huge difference and showed excellent customer care.

Special thanks to the Duty Manager, Mera, for her professionalism, understanding, and effort to ensure we still had a wonderful stay.

Overall, the service recovery was exceptional, and we truly felt valued as guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again

As a Marriott Ambassador member, I was upgraded to a little suite, which really did not impress me. The hotel itself is newer than other Marriotts in Manila, modern, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere.

The executive lounge was okay — clean, quiet, with quality offerings. Cookie's been limited, just 1 in the Glass. The Pool area is excellent, perfect for winding down. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful.

As for the breakfast buffet—the variety is great, with many local and international selections.
