There are lots of nice hotels, but New World stands out because of its exceptional staff. You really feel the warmth of Filipino hospitality the moment you step inside.
Their rooms are spotless, and the higher floors have a beautiful view of the metro which we enjoyed at New Year's to admire the fireworks. The breakfast buffet also has an excellent selection of food.
I also admire their dedication to using reusable water bottles, and toiletries with less plastic, as well as the reminders to help lessen the environmental impact of daily towel and sheets changing. Kudos.

Best few days spend in Makati. The hotel is nice and clean and well maintenanced. An extra star review for the few people that make our journey perfect. From the 24th floor big thanks to Wilson, Babes, and Nicole from the breakfast and their mate in the lobby, the pool area, the cleaning staff of our room and the kitchen. Forgot the name of the staff at the bar downstairs beside the smoking area near the pound they are kind and really professional. And becose all of them, we fell at home. Definitely going back there on our next Holliday in the Philippines. 😎🙏

Excellent Stay at New World Makati Hotel
I stayed at New World Makati Hotel for one night (December 3–4) and was highly satisfied with the overall experience. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and welcoming. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated.
The room assigned to me was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, complemented by soft pillows, smooth bed linens, and a warm comforter, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The lighting and overall ambiance of the room created a cozy and relaxing environment. The bathroom was likewise impressive—clean, spacious, and equipped with a consistent supply of hot and cold water.
The hotel’s payment options were very convenient, as they accept cash, debit, and credit cards, both local and international. Throughout my stay, the staff remained polite, attentive, and consistently checked if I needed any assistance, which added a personal touch to the service.
Breakfast at Café 1228 was satisfactory. While the selection and flavors were average to good, the dining area was comfortable and the staff were efficient.
One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its location. Situated in the heart of Makati, the property stands directly in front of Greenbelt Gate 3, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure walks. It is also just a short and pleasant stroll to the Sto. Niño de Paz Chapel inside Greenbelt, which is ideal for guests seeking a quiet place for reflection.
Overall, my stay at New World Makati Hotel was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. I would gladly consider returning and would recommend it to travelers looking for quality accommodations in Makati.
