Very beautiful place. A must visit for every tourist and Davao resident. Excellent place that is conducive for studying and have beautiful displays of Davaoeño history and general literature. There are placed where children can play. There is a roof deck with rooftop gardening. There are dedicated resource and learning spaces at every floor. There is a P30 membership fee which is valid for a whole year.
