    Outstanding Amenities and Exceptional Staff Service

    Our overall amenities experience was excellent, with facilities that were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing—especially the pool area.

    We would like to give special recognition to the lifeguards Ranzel, Nestor, Marvin, Ronie, and Christian for their friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness. They made us feel safe and welcome at all times, and their positive attitude truly enhanced our stay.

    We would also like to commend Mark Joseph Bonus from Equinox Gym, who was extremely polite, accommodating, and helpful. He patiently assisted me with all my concerns and ensured a smooth and pleasant gym experience. His professionalism and courtesy reflect the high standard of service of the hotel.

    Kudos to the entire team for delivering such excellent service. This level of hospitality truly makes a difference, and we look forward to coming back again.

    Our experience at Quest Hotel was so great, especially for families traveling with kids. The front desk patiently answered all my questions, and even during peak season, check-in was handled quickly and efficiently.

    Staff—from the bellmen to housekeeping—were all very courteous and welcoming. They are going above and beyond to ensure guests had the best possible customer experience.

    Special thanks to the lifeguards Nestor, Ronie, and Christian for being very attentive and friendly. The snow-like bubbles in the pool were definitely the highlight of our Christmas stay—such a fun and magical touch for kids and adults alike! We truly enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming in every aspect—from helping us with our luggage right at the door, to a smooth check-in process, excellent breakfast service, and thoughtful care at the pool.
    A special thanks to the lifeguard Marvih Hestor for being so friendly, attentive, and professional.
