This was our first time staying at the Crimson Resort. Our first impression upon arriving at the lobby was that the ambiance felt fairly normal—perhaps similar to a 3-star hotel in America, no offense intended. However, once we were inside the building, we were truly amazed by the positive energy of the staff and the excellent service they provided every day.
I must not forget to mention the Crimson playroom. The staff there were incredibly friendly and kind—Jeszel and JK, the little girl who is under ojt. thank you so much for your sweet gestures and for taking such great care of our little one. She truly had so much fun with all of you. The activities you offered made her excited and happy, and she loved going there every day after breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, it was great as well. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff who took such good care of us, listened to our requests, and provided everything we needed with no hesitation.
While we enjoyed many parts of the resort, we were especially satisfied with the food at Mosaic Restaurant. Thank you to the management and staff—North, Carl, Andrea, Al, Pao, and Stef—for the warm welcome, accurate order-taking, timely delivery, attentive check-ins, efficient payment processing, and for maintaining cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere.

An unforgettable stay – exceptional service and culinary highlights
We spent several wonderful days at Crimson Boracay. From the moment we arrived until our far-too-early departure, we felt incredibly well-cared for and pampered by the entire team.
The Villa & Resort
Our villa was a dream, especially the private pool which offered a perfect sense of privacy and comfort. The resort itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful, well-maintained beach and a fantastic main pool area.
Culinary Excellence
The food was a true highlight of our trip:
• Mosaic: We had a superb steak here – perfectly prepared and of excellent quality.
• Azure: The meals were delicious, and the lobster was a particular standout.
• Seafood Buffet: Having the seafood buffet directly on the beach was a beautiful and memorable experience that we enjoyed very much.
Service & Activities
The service is exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the resort. We also felt very well supported during our sporting activities. The snorkeling trip, in particular, was perfectly organized, and we felt well-guided the whole time.
Overall, it was a flawless experience. We can highly recommend Crimson Boracay to anyone looking for luxury, fantastic food, and genuine hospitality.

It was our second time at Crimson Boracay, and the service was amazing as always. The staff are incredibly accommodating—especially our host Joy. It’s truly our first choice in Boracay and one of the most convenient resorts for families.

Since our original dates fell right as Typhoon Uwan entered, we had to rebook before flying out. They handled everything smoothly, didn’t charge us anything, and even upgraded our first night to a villa so we wouldn’t have to transfer rooms for the rest of our stay. Super thoughtful!

From the airport transfer to the boat ride and finally to the villa, we were welcomed with warm smiles. Rosa greeted us with coffee and cookies (which we loved!), and everywhere we went—restaurants, the play area, all around the resort—the staff were consistently friendly and warm.

We also enjoyed the South to Shore menu by Chef Miggy and Chef Nickolai at Mosaic—their lengua, steak, and scallop were unforgettable!

Another great stay. Crimson truly makes everything feel easy, comfortable, and cared for.
