One of the best vacations I've had!!!

ROOMS – a bit tight, especially if you have large suitcase, for the price and the image of the resort, I was expecting a little more luxurious vibe. However, considering the resort isn't new, I love that the beds are firm and the pillows are so much better than most hotels/resorts I've been to here and abroad.

LOCATION – perfect! Most tourist spots are close by.
And you can snorkel and see corals and various marine life right in front of the resort!

SERVICE – nothing short of amazing! After the location, the staff and the service they provide are what made our stay memorable! They were not only courteous, they were friendly and warm! They really go out of their way to make the guests feel at home. They were not "robotic" or "pretentious" with the way they greet guests or they way they answer questions. The guides were very knowledgeable and really made us feel safe and secured, and made sure that we enjoyed the activities.
I will never forget the volleyball "competition" my daughter and I, and other guests, had with the resort staff! So fun for us and they surely had fun too! That was very refreshing to see and experience. Kudos to the management for allowing the staff to have fun too 👏🙌👍
Also, where else can you find the staff singing and waving goodbye to guests until the boat is completely out of sight?!?!?! 👋👋👋

FOOD – always a lot of variety, in our 4 days of stay, they only repeated a very small percentage of the dishes served. Love love love for their soft rolls! 🤤
