We stayed here to attend a conference in Balanga city. The hotel is surprisingly nice and very descent, I think because we booked the suit room. It's very clean and tidy. The refill water is provided at the hallway which allow us to reduce single use plastic bottle. The staff are very friendly, helpful and good hospitality. The location is quite strategic, walk away to any restaurant and cafe nearby. However the breakfast is not as we expected, there's no buffet breakfast but we have to choose from the menu. As foreigners first time to visit Philippines, we got lost what to order because we are not so familiar with the local foods. Turned out we order omelet but abit oily and strangely. Overall our stays here is good experience.
