I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Suzhou. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed — the warm greeting at the entrance immediately set a great tone for my stay.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team member who assisted me was extremely helpful and professional. I would especially like to thank Anna Liu for her excellent service and attention to detail.
The experience continued to impress at the Executive Floor, where I received a very warm welcome from the team. The staff there, especially Jasmine Sun and Verena Zheng, were friendly, attentive, and consistently professional, making my stay exceptionally pleasant and comfortable.
I would kindly like to ask hotel management to please extend my appreciation and thanks to Anna Liu, Jasmine Sun, and Verena Zheng for making my stay so memorable.
Thank you to the entire Hilton Suzhou team for the outstanding hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.

Just stayed 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious, bed very comfy and very nice with a big walk in closet. Check-in was nice, quick and friendly. Hotel is located an 1 minute walk from the Metro – very convenient.
I also want to extend special thanks to “Ocean” (I think that was her nickname) at the breakfast restaurant. She was always very friendly, cheerful and super service minded – making my stay even more memorable.
I can highly recommend Hilton Suzhou whether for business or leisure.
As for myself, I will in fact be back next week.

Metro station: Nanshijie, exit 2 , walk 80m to hotel
Only setback is: feeling eerie to see this "white " container or vase like URNS ⚱️ 骨灰坛
