A beautiful 5-star hotel in the old downtown of Ningbo. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The service is excellent and attentive. Communication in English is absolutely trouble-free.
There is a generous breakfast buffet with Chinese and international dishes. The location is good, with several restaurants nearby. While the hotel shows signs of age in some areas, everything is very clean.
Overall, it offers good value for money and is definitely recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and inviting. The room was spacious with good amenities. The breakfast buffet is something like you would find in Las Vegas with ample selection. It is in walking distance to some 5 star dining and top tier shopping.

This hotel deserves 5 stars just based on the service alone. The attention given by all the staff is amazing. Especially Shirley at the Executive Lounge on the 39th Floor. She was extremely nice and made us feel so welcomed. Very attentive.
