What a fantastic property this is. Had a lovely stay here for about 2 weeks and it sure was a wonderful one. They have everything that one cask for in a room. Lot of places and restaurants nearby to visit. Downtown is little far but that is alright since this place has a lot to offer. Don’t forget to try out delicacies at their restaurant. Their breakfast spread is probably one of the best and offers plenty of options for those who are vegetarian.

I had quite a long, but really a wonderful stay. Really admire your front end staff. They understand guest needs so well and take steps in advance. I have stayed in other hotels, where the staff will surely do the needful, but only upon request. But at Shangrila, they act even before requesting. That differentiates your staff from others. You have very well mannered and professionally trained people. I hope to enjoy such hospitality in many more visits to come.
