Hi! I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much for the best bounce house rental experience we have had. We have been through extremely late deliveries with other companies (like those companies completely missed the party!) so I finally decided to try I jump to see if we would have a better experience. You met and exceeded expectations! Delivery was timely, your drivers notified me first with a delivery window then when they were on their way for both pick up and drop off. You kept me up to date about the weather and adjusted pick up accordingly. All in all, it was a great experience and I plan on using ijump for all future bounce house rentals. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!

Highly recommended for your private parties and i’d hire them again! We organized baby shower party with over 250 people. We rented popcorn and cotton candy machines/stands. The crew showed us how to install and use them. In addition, the manager worked with us to reduce the delivery cost which reduced overall price by 50%!

Well, i must say i was very pleased. My son and all the kids loved the jumper. The person that delivered and set up was very nice and very professional. Set up was extremely fast, and the jumper was very clean and well maintained. And it was exactly what we were looking for. The people that came to tear down and pickup were also nice and professional. Overall this was a great experience. Very happy and will absolutely use ijump the next time we need a jumper.
